These terms explain the use of the LAYN website, its enquiry forms and its waitlist.

LAYN presents menstrual care dispenser concepts and solutions for organisations and shared spaces. The website provides information and a way to express interest or contact us. LAYN is in development; specifications, finishes, capacity and availability may change before launch.

Sending an enquiry or joining the waitlist is free. It does not place an order, reserve stock, confirm a pilot, guarantee early access or create a delivery commitment. This website does not accept product orders or payments.

Any purchase, pilot, event support or ongoing service arrangement will be covered by a separate proposal or agreement confirming its scope, pricing, product quantities, responsibilities and timing.

Provide accurate contact details and only submit information you are entitled to share. If you contact us for an organisation, make sure you are authorised to do so. Do not include sensitive health information or unnecessary information about other people.

Joining the waitlist allows us to send the occasional updates described at signup. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Product visuals may be design concepts or generated illustrations. Colours, proportions, mechanisms and surrounding settings are illustrative; they are not a final manufacturing specification or a promise of availability.

Website content is general product information. For individual health questions, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional and follow the instructions supplied with menstrual care products.

You may browse the website and share links to it for legitimate personal or business purposes. Do not submit spam or unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, or try to gain unauthorised access to records or administrator functions.

The LAYN name, branding, text, designs and imagery are owned by LAYN or used with permission, except where otherwise stated. Viewing or sharing a website link does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce the branding or designs for commercial use. Please contact us for permission.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable. External links and sharing services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing in these terms removes any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
